Re:FACE 2011 animation
Re:FACE is an art installation that took place in the art festival 48 Stunden Neukölln 2011 (June 17th - 19th) in Berlin.
Thank You Fuchs und Elster for hosting me at Zuhause e.V.
(Alte Kindlbrauerei, Werbellinstraße 50, 12053 Berlin)!
I found a huge poster of a face portrait on the street. It belonged to an advertising campagne of the „Blutspendedienste des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes“.
Cut it into 360 numbered small (75x75mm) pixels and laminated them.
Prepared them with magnet tape on the backside.
And then it's up to You, how You want it to look.
Add them! Turn them! Change them!
Not only the artwork itself is participatory but also the animation of the artworks changing process during the exhibition. I could only realize this with Your help.
Thank You for sending Your snaps to me!
Thanx to Klopfgeist Audio Sounddesign!
